COLLECTOR
PACT

This is a plain English version of our Terms of Use — the official legal version lives here and always wins if there’s a conflict.

About This Pact

We at Adult Fantasy make a lot of things — comics, art, merch, videos, toys, games, and more — in both physical and digital form. This Collector’s Pact is a special set of terms just for our buyers, supporters, and collectors of Adult Fantasy digital collectibles.

It’s our way of saying: thank you for joining the journey, here’s how you can use what you own, and here’s how we protect the universe we’re building together.

Welcome to the Realm.

By holding an official Adult Fantasy digital collectible, you become part of our living story. Here’s what that means for you:

1. You Own Your Collectible

You hold the token in your wallet. It’s yours to keep, trade, or sell. The art and characters belong to the Adult Fantasy universe — but we give you the right to use them in awesome ways.

2. Your Rights

  • Personal Use: Show your collectible off anywhere — your socials, your wall, your metaverse crib.
  • Non-Commercial Fan Works: Anyone (holder or not) may create non-commercial fan art, fiction, or other works inspired by Adult Fantasy. These cannot be sold or monetized.
  • Small to Medium Business Use: If you own the official Adult Fantasy character token, you can make and sell stuff (shirts, mugs, comics, whatever) featuring that Adult Fantasy character — royalty-free — as long as you make under $1 million USD/year from it.
  • Big Business Use: Crushing it? Congrats! If you make over $1 million/year from your collectible’s art, we ask for a 20% royalty on the amount above that.

3. You Can Make Derivatives

If you own the official Adult Fantasy character token, you can remix the art, write your own stories, or adapt the character featured in your collectible for commercial projects. Just:

  • Keep it legal and not hateful.
  • Don’t pretend it’s an official Adult Fantasy release.
  • Give credit to “Adult Fantasy” where it makes sense.

If you don’t own the official character token, you may still make non-commercial fan works, but you can’t sell or license them.

In short: You can always create for fun. To sell or license, you need to hold the matching Adult Fantasy character token.

5. What You Can’t Do

  • Use the “Adult Fantasy” name, logos, or trademarks without our written okay.
  • Claim affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement if you’re not officially partnered.
  • Create, mint, or distribute new digital collectibles or other tokenized assets from your art.
  • Use any hidden or non-visible parts of the original artwork that aren’t part of your token’s displayed Collectible Artwork.

6. Passing the Torch

If you sell your collectible, the new owner gets these rights — and yours end.

In short: You own your collectible, you can make cool stuff with it, you can even sell that stuff — and if you build something huge, we just share a slice. Together, we keep the Adult Fantasy universe alive and thriving.
